This wine is aged in American Oak Hogsheads for two years imparting soft tannins. Black currants, ripe blood plums, dark chocolate and vanilla dominate the nose.

Primary fruit characteristics are balanced by rounded tannins, plums, currants ,cocoa and vanilla combine to provide a beautiful lingering finish.

Our flagship wine utilizes the of vine Shiraz grapes that impart the unique Rutherglen taste. Traditionally fermented with extended maceration on skins to achieve a balance of flavor and structure.

Flavors of ripe plums, cracked black pepper and savory spices combined with chocolate overtones. Well integrated tannins produce a wine of great length.
